Seeka Kennels was established after purchasing my first show quality Alaskan Malamute bitch Seeka, Kasaan's Fortune Seeker in 1995. Seeka was purchased from Bonnie McMahon of Kasaan Kennels. Little did I know the friendship, mentorship and knowledge that would evolve with the purchase of one little Malamute puppy. Thank You to Bonnie for not only your knowledge and help. But your friendship and guidance through the years!! It opened up a whole new world for me with dog shows, new friends, and of course learning more and more about this wonderful breed, the Alaskan Malamute! Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, I consider myself a small hobby breeder.. but always keeping in mind, that a solid breeding foundation is important whether producing pet or show quality puppies. That is why I make sure all my dogs have their ChD numbers, eye exams done and the x-raying of hips for dysplasia. I'm currently an AMCA member and support Malamute rescue.
